At LensGlow, we are dedicated to capturing beautiful moments and providing you with high-quality photography services. We understand that circumstances can change, so we’ve outlined a clear and fair refund policy to manage cancellations, dissatisfaction, and other concerns.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made 3–6 days before the session will receive a 50% refund or can be rescheduled for a different date.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled session are non-refundable, as preparations and scheduling have already been arranged.
If you fail to show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, the appointment will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
We may offer to reschedule, but it will be subject to availability and no refund will be issued.
If you are not satisfied with your photos, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your images.
We will offer a free re-shoot or retouching to correct any issues with the photos.
Refunds for dissatisfaction are considered on a case-by-case basis and are typically only issued when a re-shoot or other resolution cannot be arranged.
A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings to secure your session. If you cancel within the specified timeframes, your deposit may be deducted from your refund, depending on the circumstances.
Prepaid photography packages are non-refundable, but they can be rescheduled or transferred to another person with at least 7 days' notice.
If you miss a session in a prepaid package, it will be considered forfeited unless prior arrangements are made.
In the event of emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer rescheduling or partial refunds depending on the situation.
Documentation may be requested for medical or emergency-related cancellations.
